I never thought that Aljur would be the Ultimate Hunk of 'Starstruck: The Next Level'(2007). When we visited them for a special feature for Mel and Joey, I did not notice Aljur without his make up on. But I was proven wrong, he was a nice boy but pretty silent and kept to himself during the contest.
He's now considered one of the stars of GMA7. He has been given several breaks by being a mainstay on 'SOP Rules,' as Migs in 'Boys Nxt Door' (2007), as Cervano/Red Zaido in 'Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan' (2002) and as Paolo in 'Dyesebel' (2008).
Not really much acting talent but a lot of cuteness and boyish charm is what keeps him above the rest.
He'll soon appear in several up-coming films like 'Loving You' as Ryan Peyra, 'ITALY (I Trust And Love You),' 'Ultraelectromagnetic Love' and 'Now and Forever.'
