Timothy Mark Pimentel Eigenmann or more famously known as Sid Lucero, is one of the most hunky cop on Philippine tv today. He plays Billy in 'Ligaw na Bulaklak'(2008).
Sid's screen name was taken from the protagonist in Mike de Leon’s opus film Batch ’81, Sid Lucero which was played by his father Mark Gil. His mother is the prominent fashion model-turned-actress, Bing Pimentel, where both met while filming Batch ’81 and fell in love.
Sid comes from the legendary Gil-Eigenmann clan – a family of actors and actresses – Eddie Mesa, and fine actress Rosemarie Gil all the way to his equally infamous relatives Cherie Gil, Michael De Mesa, Jacklyn Jose, Gina Alajar, his half-brother Gabby Eigenmann, first cousins Geoff (son of his uncle Michael de Mesa and Gina Alajar), Ryan and Andy Eigenmann. He is the eldest and has one sister, commercial model Maxine Eigenmann. He attended Ateneo de Manila University throughout pre-school, elementary and college.
On the 24th STAR Awards, he was nominated Best Actor for 'Selda'(2008) and Best Supporting Actor for 'Tambolista'(2008). His first acting award was given by the 4th Golden Screen Awards for 'Donsol'(2006) as Best Breakthrough Performance of an Actor. Recently, he won the Gawad Tanglaw Best Actor award for his role in 'Selda'(2008).
He has a long list of tv appearances despite being new in showbiz. He played Master Kung Lee in 'Kung Fu Kids'(2008), as Isidro Alegre in 'Kokey'(2007), as Serpenton in an episode of 'Mga Kuwento ni Lola Basyang'(2007) entitled 'Ang Kastilyong Bakal', as the young Asval in 'Etheria: Ang Ikalimang Kaharian ng Encantadia'(2005-2006), as Sugo ng Dilim in 'Krystala'(2004-2005) and he also appeared in 'Darna'(2005). His first tv exposure in 'Hanggang Kailan'(2004-2005) as Eugene got good appraisal from critics.
