Torotot Premiere

The premiere of 'Torotot (Destierro)' was a very pleasant experience. Rita Avila, Rustom Padilla, Mark Gil, Rex Cortez, and Gardo Versoza just to name a few. Maui Taylor and Andrew Schimmer were not present. M-Gage sang the theme song of the movie before the movie was shown.

'Torotot' will have its regular run on August 20, 2008. Directed by Maryo J. delos Reyes and written by Jun Lana, 'Torotot' has been rated R-13, with minor cuts.

The Men of Torotot:

Anton Bernardo: The Other Man

Torotot heats up with Anton Bernardo playing the role of a butcher with a limp wife. He has an affair with Yul Servo's wife, FHM May-cover Precious Adona. His looks is very rugged in the movie and a bit mature.
Anton has been in the showbiz industry for quite some time now and he has appeared in numerous sexy movies and tv series. You can catch him every afternoon in "Magdusa Ka" at Kapuso's Dramarama.

Baron Geisler: The Wild Child Is Now A Man

real name: Baron Frederick von Geisler
bday: June 5, 1982
height: 5' 9" (1.75 m)

Baron Geisler delivers a very powerful performance in the upcoming movie from Viva Films, "Torotot" as Marie's (Maui Taylor) vane husband, Ernie. With costars Yul Servo, Anton Bernardo and Precious Adona, Baron surprisingly stands out in his portrayal of a very insecure and horny husband.

The half-German teen was launched as a member of the male trio "Koolits" with John Lloyd Cruz and Marc Solis.

Baron won an award for 'Best Single Performance by an Actor' in Star Awards for TV (2005) for his performance in 'Maalaala Mo Kaya'.

Yul Servo: Golden Boy

real name: John Marvin Nieto
age: 27

Once rumored to be Piolo Pascual's ex-lover, Yul Servo has now made a name all on his own. As it turned out, the rumor about him and Piolo is not true, thank God!

Yul Servo will be appearing on Viva Films' upcoming movie "Torotot (Destierro)" along with Maui Taylor, Barron Geisler, Anton Bernardo, Maricar de Mesa and FHM's May-covergirl Precious Adona, in her movie debut. Yul plays the loving husband of Precious Adona in the movie. As the title suggests, the movie is about women's infidelity to their husband and vice versa.

Yul Servo won the Best Actor award from Cinemanila International Film Festival 2001 for "Batang West Side." He has 5 nominations to his name for Best Actor. He had the nod from Gawad Urian for Laman (2002), 3 nominations for "Naglalayag" (2004) from FAMAS, FAP & Gawad Urian, and Ilusyon (2005) gave him his fifth nomination as Best Actor from Gawad Urian.
